Jikalau bertandang ke Pantai Senggigi, kurang afdol rasanya tidak memotret kehidupan manusia yang ada di sana. Kehidupan sosial Pantai Senggigi sangatlah menyenangkan, karena saat saya berlibur ke sana, banyak sekali orang-orang yang ramah. Sampai suatu ketika, saya berkenalan dengan sepasang kekasih yang sedang berlibur, mentraktir saya makan sate bulayak ala Lombok. Saya rasa, mereka merasa kasian, karena saya terlihat sangat kelaparan di sana ahahaha*.

SATE BULAYAK

Sate Bulayak adalah makanan tradisional khas Nusa Tenggara Barat yang terbuat dari daging sapi yang dilumuri dengan bumbu khas Lombok dan disajikan dengan lontong. Bumbu tersebut terdiri dari kacang tanah sangrai tumbuk yang direbus bersama santan serta beberapa bumbu dapur lainnya. Rasa dari bumbu tersebut mirip seperti bumbu kari.
